Fish porridge


Rice, fish fillet, olive, gherkin, olive oil, garlic, ginger, pepper, salt, light sauce.


Boil rice and sliced ginger with water in a pot. When the rice has turned into porridge, add fish fillet (cut in finger size) and cook for a little while. Fry some garlic in olive oil, and add it onto the bowl of cooked fish porridge. Add olive, gherkin, pepper, light sauce to serve.
