Ingredients
Fish fillet, onion, garlic, ginger, dark sauce, sweet dark sauce, olive oil, pepper, salt.
Instruction
Cut fish fillet into finger size and fry in oil. Take it off when cooked. Fry onion, garlic and ginger in oil. Add dark sauce, sweet dark sauce, pepper and salt. Tip it on top of the cooked fish. Garnish with coriander.
