Combination fried rice

Ingredients

Rice, cabbage, mushroom, onion, garlic, chicken breast, prawn, olive oil, pepper, light sauce

Instruction

Fry chicken breast with onion, garlic, mushroom in olive oil. Add prawn, cabbage and light sauce. Add pre-cooked rice and pepper.

Sour and sweet fish

Ingredients

Fish fillet, pineapple, tomato, onion, garlic, shallot, light sauce, pepper, avocado oil.

Instruction

Stir fry fish with onion, garlic and shallot in avocado oil. Add pineapple, tomato, pepper and light sauce.

Borneo rice noodle

Ingredients

Chicken stock, green bean, mushroom, cauliflower, rice noodle, prawn, garlic, shallot, pepper, avocado oil.

Instruction

Boil rice noodle in water separately and drain. Fry green bean, mushroom, cauliflower and prawn in avocado oil with garlic and shallot. Add chicken stock to cook. Add pepper to serve.

Chilli green bean

Ingredients

Green bean, mushroom, cauliflower, shallot, garlic, crushed chilli, light sauce, avocado oil, pepper.

Instruction

Stir fry green bean, cauliflower and mushroom with garlic and shallot in avocado oil. Add light sauce, pepper and crushed chilli. Spray water to avoid getting too dry.
