Sour and sweet fish

Ingredients

Fish fillet, pineapple, tomato, onion, garlic, shallot, light sauce, pepper, avocado oil.

Instruction

Stir fry fish with onion, garlic and shallot in avocado oil. Add pineapple, tomato, pepper and light sauce.

Borneo rice noodle

Ingredients

Chicken stock, green bean, mushroom, cauliflower, rice noodle, prawn, garlic, shallot, pepper, avocado oil.

Instruction

Boil rice noodle in water separately and drain. Fry green bean, mushroom, cauliflower and prawn in avocado oil with garlic and shallot. Add chicken stock to cook. Add pepper to serve.

Chilli green bean

Ingredients

Green bean, mushroom, cauliflower, shallot, garlic, crushed chilli, light sauce, avocado oil, pepper.

Instruction

Stir fry green bean, cauliflower and mushroom with garlic and shallot in avocado oil. Add light sauce, pepper and crushed chilli. Spray water to avoid getting too dry.

Pork mixed veggie

Ingredients

Pork, leeks, mushroom, red pepper, celery leaves, garlic, shallot, ginger, avocado oil, light sauce, pepper, salt.

Instruction

Fry pork with ginger and mushroom in avocado oil until light brown, add shallot, garlic, leek and red pepper. Add pepper, salt and light sauce. Add some water. When cooked garnish with some green celery leaves.
