Kamo kamo fish

Ingredients

Kamo kamo (Maori squash), fish fillet, garlic, olive oil, chilli, salt, pepper, light sauce

Instruction

Fry fish fillet in olive oil. Add garlic, kamo kamo, pepper, salt and light sauce. Add some water. Add chilli.

Beef spaghetti

Ingredients

Spaghetti, capsicum, onion, cabbage, garlic, olive oil, tomato, spring onion, beef mince, pepper

Instruction

Boil and cook spaghetti in water, and drain it. Fry cabbage, capsicum in olive oil with onion and garlic. Add beef mince, tomato, pepper and salt

Fried rice noodle

Ingredients

Dry rice noodle, garlic, olive oil, egg, bean sprout, capsicum, salt pepper

Instruction

Half cook rice noodle in water and drain. Fry egg and capsicum in olive oil with garlic. Add rice noodle and stir. Add pepper, salt and bean sprout

Pad thai noodle

Ingredients

Dried rice noodle, pad thai sauce, egg, olive oil, green veggie, mung bean sprout, spring onion, tofu, peanut

Instruction

Boil dried rice noodle and drain for frying. Fry egg, tofu and green veggie in olive oil. Add pad thai sauce and noodle. Add spring onion and peanut to serve

Vegetarian pasta

Ingredients

Pasta, green bean, garlic, onion, olive oil, tomato sauce, light sauce, pepper, salt, can of chopped tomato, cheese

Instruction

Boil pasta in water until cooked. Fry green bean, onion and garlic in olive oil. Add chopped tomato, pepper, salt, light sauce, tomato sauce and pasta. Add cheese to serve
