Try this simple home made carrot saxophone. First cut a bit off both ends of a carrot. Next drill through the carrot to make the middle part hollow. Drill some holes along the side of the carrot, and a thumb hole at the opposite direction. Plug in the saxophone neck and mouthpiece (or just the mouthpiece) and play.
