Chicken pieces or breast, curry powder, coconut cream, potato, ginger, chili, carrot, green beans, onion, garlic, salt, olive oil.
Fry chicken pieces in onion, ginger, garlic, olive oil and add curry powder and finely chopped chili (optional) until half cooked. Add some water to keep it moist.
Add coconut cream, potato, carrot and cook on lower heat for an hour. Add green beans and salt.
