Tom yum soup

Ingredients

Mushroom, cauliflower, coriander, tomato, onion, garlic, prawns, fish fillet, tom yum paste, light sauce, pepper, salt, lime, fish stock (optional).

Instruction

Boil mushroom, cauliflower, tomato, onion, garlic in fish stock or water. Add tom yum paste (a spoon or two), light sauce, lime juice, pepper and salt. Add prawns and fish fillet. Garnish with coriander and serve with rice.
