Tom yum soup

Ingredients

Mushroom, cauliflower, coriander, tomato, onion, garlic, prawns, fish fillet, tom yum paste, light sauce, pepper, salt, lime, fish stock (optional).

Instruction

Boil mushroom, cauliflower, tomato, onion, garlic in fish stock or water. Add tom yum paste (a spoon or two), light sauce, lime juice, pepper and salt. Add prawns and fish fillet. Garnish with coriander and serve with rice.

Fried kuay tiaw

Ingredients

Rice noodle (flat), egg, bean sprout, chili, spring onion, onion, garlic, light sauce, pepper, salt, olive oil.

Instruction

Fry egg, onion and garlic in olive oil. Add rice noodle and light sauce. Add bean sprout, chili, pepper and salt. Add spring onion and serve.

Stir fry tofu

Ingredients

Tofu (hard), egg, tomato, coriander, onion, garlic, olive oil, pepper, salt.

Instruction

Start with frying onion, garlic and egg in olive oil. Add tofu and tomato, continue to fry. Add pepper, salt and coriander.
